1 Introduction

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain a ba666 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

ba666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold exactly one ba666 account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ba666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password at all times.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ba666 support immediately at [email protected].
• ba666 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• ba666 may require Players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or when account activity triggers a security review.

ba666 reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ba666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. ba666 does not charge deposit fees, though individual payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Funds derived from bonus awards are only withdrawable once applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• ba666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• ba666 reserves the right to void and reverse any bet or withdrawal that is found to have been placed using fraudulent or stolen payment credentials.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ba666 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

• Bonuses are credited to your ba666 account in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all ba666 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire upon the deadline.
• ba666 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a Player from a promotion if abuse or irregular play patterns are detected.
• A Player may only participate in each individual promotion once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion process.

ba666 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting to clear wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account wagering, and exploitation of game weighting rules. Any such activity will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ba666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, or Mine instant-win titles. General betting rules applicable across all ba666 products are as follows:

• A bet is only accepted and confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from ba666. Bets that are not confirmed due to a connection error or system outage are not valid and any stake will be returned.
• ba666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, or where a clear pricing error occurred.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba666 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with ba666 games.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in ba666's platform to obtain winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the ba666 platform.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming welcome bonuses or other one-time promotions more than once.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's payment details to fund a ba666 account.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ba666 platform, software, or security systems.

9 Intellectual Property
